• Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered cancelled unless contacted an hour before organised start time

Cancellation Policy

• Packages are non-refundable; refunds under special circumstances are entirely at the discretion of the operator and if given, may be subject to an administration of 15% of the package value.
